The Advanced Solar Technician Certification equips individuals with the skills to build, inspect, repair, and maintain RV solar systems. This hands-on program focuses on diagnosing and troubleshooting both factory-installed and custom solar setups while covering essential topics like electrical operations, fire & life safety, and weight distribution. Upon completion, students can take the RVTAA Certified Solar Technician Exam and pursue careers in RV dealerships, repair shops, equipment suppliers, insurance agencies, and small business ownership.

The Advanced Generator Technician Certification prepares individuals to build, test, inspect, repair, and maintain onboard and portable generators in RVs. This hands-on program covers advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for generator electrical power and installation, focusing on both factory and custom setups. The curriculum includes propane management, basic electrical operations, plumbing, fire & life safety, and weight distribution, as outlined by the RV Service Training Council. Graduates are eligible to take the RVTAA Certified Generator Technician Exam and can find career opportunities in RV dealerships, repair shops, equipment suppliers, insurance agencies, FEMA, and small business ownership.

The Master Certified RV Technician has acquired their RVTAA Certified RV Service Technician credentials, has 3-years of experience, and has achieved proficiency in the areas of RV propane, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, and all aspects relative to RV living, troubleshooting, and reconstruction of RV systems.
